Villa-maisonette with a total area of 100 sq.m, consists of 2 bedrooms one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor with a bathroom and a WC respectively, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. Endless view from all around the house is provited.

The spiral wooden staircase leads to a bedroom with double bed, WC, and two balconies (one with a wooden sunshade and dining place)
The villa accommodates 4 adults. Furthermore, in the living-room can accommodate 2-3 children

The villa has its own 36 m² swimming pool with stunning outdoor areas for dining or resting as well as a stable-built BBQ.
The impeccably designed gardens, surrounded by olive trees, offer privacy and isolation from other guests of the complex.
